My name is Tobias Kieltsch, and I support companies in project and program management, the establishment and operation of a Project Management Office (PMO), and interim management. My focus is on structuring complex projects, bringing stakeholders together, and driving implementation forward.

I develop programs and PMO structures for companies in the logistics industry. In doing so, I coordinate sub-projects, visualize dependencies, and establish a shared management system for milestones, risks, and measures. My expertise in last-mile logistics provides added value for my clients, not only in terms of structure and guidelines, but also in terms of in-depth content.

 

In my work, I consistently combine structured planning with practical implementation: I clarify goals and responsibilities, coordinate collaboration between management, departments, and IT, and make progress, risks, and necessary actions transparent. For programs with multiple sub-projects, the focus is on managing dependencies, establishing shared priorities, and providing reliable decision-making criteria. Within the PMO, I support standardized procedures for status reports, action tracking, and project management.

 

For time-critical challenges, I take on temporary responsibility and guide teams in the binding implementation of necessary measures. Additionally, I support companies in integrating AI solutions into existing workflows. This includes selecting suitable voicebot providers, designing the associated processes, and providing support until the system is fully operational.
